摘要
冬季使用高凝点柴油时,因其低温流动性差会发生供油不畅或断油现象,温度是影响系统可靠性的重要因素.本文使用ANSYS软件对系统部件的温度场进行了分析,分析结果表明在外界环境温度为25℃柴油滤清器中的加热棒功率不能低于58W,否则系统不能正常工作;电加热输油管中的功率8W较为合适;ANSYS软件可准确的模拟实际中的温度场.通过实车验证,模拟结果与实际测量基本一致.
Use the higher freezing point diesel in winter, the general fuel supply system will be jammed or fuel supply is not continuous because of bad flow property of diesel. Temperature becomes a key factor which affects reliability of system. The paper uses ANSYS to analyse the temperature field of some parts and the results indicate that the heater power of filter cleaner is not lower than 58 W in Ambient Temperature: -25℃, otherwise the system can not work correctly. Fuel pipe with 20W heater is moderate. ANSYS can truly simulate the real temperature field. The result of simulation is same as experimental verification.
