摘要
为保证极端自然灾害下对重要用户的可靠供电,提出"电网生命线工程"的研究课题,从局部与整体两个层次提出电网的改进措施。具体介绍了构建灵活备供电网,建立地区互供电网,完善110kV电网骨干网架的3种建设方案。根据3种方案的不同适应性,提出了方案选用的思路。
In order to ensure the reliable power supply for VIP customers in the extreme weather condition, we submit the research subject of r power network life-line projectr, and explore solutions to improve the power network in view of both partial and whole levels. Three improvement measures are suggested, i.e. to construct flexible standby power supply networks, to build up interconnected power supply networks, to improve the 110 kV backbone net framework. Based on the different adaptation of 3 plans, the selection principles are further depicted.
