摘要
电压与无功功率最优化控制技术(VQC技术)是变电站综合自动化的重要内容。简要介绍了VQC技术,具体分析了VQC技术在开始进入实用化阶段的过程中,不断发生电压与无功功率的失控失调,甚至导致供电电压合格率这一重要指标的下降等问题。通过调研实践,研究并提出了解决问题的措施,形成的VQC优化方案,成功地在上海青浦全区域内实施,取得了优良的综合效果,对VQC技术进入实用化阶段有重要的意义。
Vohage and reactive power optimized control technology, usually called as VQC(Voltage Quality Control), is an important part of the comprehensive substation automation. In this paper we briefly introduce the VQC technology and specifically analyze the problems we met in preliminary application period, including the continual control and adjustment failures of voltage and reactive power and the drop of voltage qualification rate which is an important index in power supply etc. Through the investigation and research, the measures to deal with those problems are offerred as optimal VQC solutions, which have been put into application successfully in Qingpu district and are significantly meaningful for further VQC technology promotion.
