空气钻井技术在滴北1井的试验与应用 被引量:8

摘要 新疆准噶尔盆地陆东地区的深探井,由于下部石炭系地层可钻性差,机械钻速低,钻井周期长,严重制约了陆东地区的天然气勘探开发进程,如何提高钻井速度一直是陆东地区钻井工作的一个难题。在滴北1井的钻井过程中,为提高三开井段机械钻速,加快该区的勘探步伐,在三开井段实施了空气钻井,空气钻进井段3365~3924.56 m,进尺559.56 m,平均机械钻速5.26 m/h,是常规钻井机械钻速的5倍,节约钻井工期25 d。空气钻井在该井的成功实施,提高了机械钻速,降低了钻井周期,节约了钻井成本,同时也探索了深部石炭系提速工艺,为新疆油田推广应用空气钻井技术积累了经验。 Due to the poor drillability, low rate of penetration (ROP), long drilling cycle of the Lower Carboniferous formation, the natural gas exploration and development is seriously restricted in Ludong area of the Junggar Basin. So how to increase the drilling rate is a key problem facing the drilling of the area. During the drilling of the Dibei-1 well, in order to the ROP of the spud section, the exploration in the area is accelerated. Air drilling is implemented in the spud section, with the interval ranging from 3365 m to 3924.56 m, the footage of 559.56 m, and the average ROP of 5.26 m/h. The ROP is 5 times higher than the conventional ROP, as well as the drilling cycle is shortened by 25 d. The successful air drilling in the well enables the ROP to be increased, the drilling cycle to be shortened, and the drilling cost to be saved a lot. Meanwhile, the process to speed up the drilling in the deep Carboniferous is developed. All provides good experience for applying air drilling techniques to Xinjiang Oilfield.
