摘要
将ZnO薄膜压敏特性研究方面的一些科研内容与研究结果引入不同层次的实验教学,包括研究型专业物理实验、公共选修实验、大学生课外创新活动和大学物理竞赛课题等.探索教学与科研的结合,更好地培养学生的实践能力、创新能力以及科学研究的思想与方法.
The contents and results of study on the electrical properties of ZnO thin films varistor were introduced into the experimental teaching including the research-based professional physical experiments, public elective experiments, USRP activities and subjects of college physics contest. We have being explored on the combining teaching with scientific researching, which can well train students with the practice ability, creative ability and the idea and method of scientific researching.
