Analysis on Humanistic Quality Education in Colleges and Universities

大学教育追求的目标是提高人的素质,而人文素质是人才质量的基础,人文素质教育有利于培养学生如何做人。高等院校应从转变教育观念、加强校园文化建设、加强研究调查和领导督促以及建设高素质的师资队伍等方面加强人文素质教育。

The objective of university education is to improve the quality of the people. Humanistic quality is the basis of talent, and humanistic quality education is helpful to train students how to conduct themselves. Colleges and universities should change the concept of education, strengthen the cultural construction of campus, reinforee the research and investigation and the leadership, and construct a teaching staff of high quality in order to enhance the humanistic quality education.
