摘要
目的探讨糖尿病对雄性大鼠阴茎海绵体窦压(ICP)的影响。方法用BL-410电生理仪检测正常对照(NDM,n=10)组、糖尿病(DM,n=10)组和链脲佐菌素(STZ,n=10)组大鼠阴茎海绵体窦压(ICP),并镜检阴茎组织形态学改变。结果基础ICP值在NDM组为(8.46±2.25)cmH2O,DM组(4.57±0.89)cmH2O,STZ组(8.75±1.90)cmH2O,其中DM组与NDM\STZ组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.01);电刺激诱导ICP值NDM组为(49.30±3.67)cmH2O,DM组为10.46±1.55 cmH2O,STZ组为(47.72±4.42)cmH2O,其中DM组与NDM\STZ组间具有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.01)。基础ICP值和电刺激诱导ICP值在STZ组与NDM组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。HE染色结果显示,DM组较NDM/STZ组平滑肌细胞数量减少,纤维增多,学管壁增厚。结论糖尿病可严重影响大鼠的大鼠阴茎海绵体窦压,其机制可能与阴茎组织结构的病理学改变有关。
Objective: To study the effect of diabetes mellitus on the intra cavernous pressures (ICP) in male rats. Methods BL--410 physiography was used to detect the intra cavernous pressures (ICP) of normal control group (NDM, n= 10, diabetes group (DM, n= 10)and streptozotozin group ( STZ, n= 10 ). Then histomorphology changes of penis were observed under microscope. Results The basic ICP values in NDM group, DM group and STZ group were 8.46±2.25 cmH2O, 4.57 ±0.89 cmH2O and 8.75±1.90 cmH2O. The ICP(induced by electric stimulation) values in NDM group,DM group and STZ group were 49.30±3.67 cmH20,10.46±1.55 cmH2O and 47.72±4.42 cmH2O. The ICP values in DM group were lower than that of NDM group and STZ group(P〈0.01 ,P〈0.01 ). There was no differences (P〉0.05) between the basic ICP values and the induced ICP values in STZ group and ND Mgroup. HE result showed that smooth muscle cell( SMC )decreased , fiber increased and vessel wall became thick in the DM group,compared with the other groups. Conclusion Diabetes mellitus can seriously affect the ICP of rats. The mechanism may have a relationship with the pathology changes of penis.
