摘要 采用数理统计方法对陈家山煤矿416综放工作面CO体积分数变化的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,CO体积分数的变化与工作面推进度存在一定的相关性,在此基础上得出了CO体积分数与煤炭自然发火期、CO体积分数与采空区3带及其特性的关系,从而提出由CO体积分数与推进度累计量的相关性来计算工作面煤层自然发火期,以及确定采空区3带位置的方法。研究成果对煤矿现场预防自燃火灾具有一定的指导作用。 The paper is to report its authors' experimental study over the influential factors likely to account for the changes of the 416 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Chenjiashan Mine, Shaanxi, by using the statistics method. As a result, we have investigated 4 kinds of parameters, that is, the CO consistence in the upper comer, the flowing volume on the work face, the gas existence and the pushing steps for working face in one day, and analyzed the data of the above said parameters by using the statistics method in view of their influence on the goal spontaneous combustion. Careful comparison with the correlated coefficients of CO related to other three variables, wehave found that there exist some internal relations between the CO consistence and the pushing steps of working face of the coal-caving routine. Moreover, we have also studied the likely correlated coefficient between the CO consistence and the accumulated pushing steps of working face in different days, and found that there exists a "S" shape curve. Further studies suggest that there may exist some regularity of the coal spontaneous oxidation reaction at low temperatures, and in turn provide evidence that there may exist three zones of coal spontaneous combustion inside the goat'. It is the above computational results that help us to infer the relationship between CO and coal spontaneous combustion stage, the relationship between CO and the goat" three zones, and the potential characteristics that may underlie among the relationships. The above studies also help us to work out the coal spontaneous combustion stage, which is 21 days, that means a three-day-reduction as compared with the custom stage. Besides, the position of the three zones and the wide ranges of the three zones in the goaf have also been found. And, finally, it proves rational that the internal correlation does exist between CO consistence and the accumulated pushing steps when the goat" three zones and the coal spontaneous combustion stage is calculated in the 416 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Chenjiashan Mine. In addition, the use of the statistic method has also been justified for ensuring the position of three zones in goatf.
