摘要
腰椎疾病是中老年人的常见病、多发病，腰椎手术及麻醉的风险都较大。本观察将雷米芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉应用于腰椎手术，并与芬太尼作比较，旨在探讨雷米芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉（TIVA）在腰椎手术中应用的安全性和可行性。
