摘要 1介绍1993年,ODowd等发现了一个结构与血管紧张素Ⅱ（AngⅡ）Ⅰ型受体（AT1）的蛋白相似的蛋白,命名为血管紧张素Ⅰ型受体相关蛋白,又名APJ。APJ是一种G蛋白偶联受体,同时它也是G蛋白偶联受体的7-跨膜受体家族的主要受体。1998年,
