ProSeal喉罩在颅内动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用

Application of ProSeal laryngeal mask (LMA-ProSeal) in interventional therapy of intracranial aneurysm (ICA)

目的探讨LMA-ProSeal用于颅内动脉瘤介入治疗的可行性。方法对30例颅内动脉瘤患者在进行介入治疗时采用ProSeal喉罩通气,观察喉罩置入和拔除时无创血压、心率、脉搏氧饱和度以及呼气末二氧化碳分压的变化。结果喉罩置入和拔出时患者的心率、血压、氧饱和度以及呼气末二氧化碳分压变化不明显,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ProSeal喉罩可安全有效地应用于颅内动脉瘤介入治疗。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of proseal laryngeal mask （LMA-ProSeal） in interventional therapy of intracranial aneurysm （ICA）.Methods 30 patients with ICA were used with LMA-ProSeal. The change of non-invasive blood pressure （NIBP）, heart rate （HR）, SpO2, PetCO2 were observed at the time of LMA insertion and extubation.Results There was no significant change of NIBP, HR, SpO2, PetCO2 at the time of LMA insertion and extubation （P〉0.05）.Conclusion LMA-ProSeal can be used in interventional therapy of ICA safely and effectively.
