易善复治疗化疗后肝功能异常疗效临床观察

Clinical observation of the treatment of dysfunction of liver after chemotherapy with essentiale N

目的观察易善复治疗肿瘤患者化疗后肝功能异常的疗效。方法将84例接受化疗后肝功能异常患者随机分为2组。A组给予常规保肝及易善复治疗,B组仅给予常规保肝治疗。结果2组患者治疗后肝功能指标均有不同程度的改善。A组有效率为88.1%,B组有效率为54.76%(P<0.05)。结论易善复对治疗化疗引起的肝功能异常有明显疗效,值得推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of essentiale N for cancer patients with liver dysfunction after chemotherapy.Methods Eighty-four cancer patients with liver dysfunction after chemotherapy were randomized into two groups. Group A was treated by conventional liver protection treatment and essentiale N, Group B was treated only with conventional liver protection treatment.Results Two groups of patients after treatment, the liver function target had different degree improvement. The effective rates of conventional liver protection treatment and essentiale N was 88.1%, and 54.76% in conventional liver protection treatment alone.Conclusion Essentiale N had obviously curative effect on liver dysfunction after chemotherapy. It was worth promoting.
