摘要
目的探讨HIFU与超声引导下穿刺活检技术相结合以提高对乳腺癌的诊断。方法对33例女性及1例男性疑似乳腺癌的患者进行高频超声检查后,经活检穿刺病理确诊。结果29例证实为恶性,占85.3%,其中浸润性导管癌19例,髓样癌5例,导管癌4例;混合癌1例,为浸润性小叶癌并黏液腺癌。腋窝淋巴结转移13例,占44.8%,颈部淋巴结转移6例,占20.7%;余5例为良性,2例为增生结节,3例为纤维腺瘤。结论超声检查与超声引导下活检穿刺技术相结合是提高乳腺癌确诊率的一种方法。
Objective To evaluate the role in the diagnosis of breast cancer with high-frequency ultrasound and ultrasound-gnilded biopsy.Methods Examine 33 female suspected cases and 1 male with HIFU and then make a diagnosis by means of pathological puncture biopsy.Results 29 cases of the patients were diagnosed with malignant (85.3%).Among them, 19 cases are infiltrating ductal carcinoma; 5 medullary carcinoma; 4 ductal carcinoma; 1 case was mixed cancer-invasive lobular carcinoma along with mucino ade 13 cases were axillary lymph node metastasis (44.8%) ;6 cases cervical lymph nodes metastasis (20.7%).Among the others, 5 were benign, 2 were nodular hyperlasia and 3 fibroadenoma.Conclusion Combing ultrasound and ultrasound-gnilded puncture biopsy was a relatively good way to diagnose breast cancer.
