摘要放射性肺损伤（irrad iation lung in jury,IIL）是胸部放疗的常见并发症,但患者症状一般较轻,不易被患者和医生发现,CT具有较高的密度分辨率和空间分辨率,是早期发现和诊断放射性肺损伤最好的方法之一。我们回顾分析本院195例放射性肺损伤的CT表现,探讨放射性肺损伤的CT诊断价值。
