孕产妇下肢深静脉血栓的综合防治经验探讨

Survey of experience to lower extremity deep vein thrombus in puerperant by integrate control

目的探讨中西医综合治疗方法在产后下肢深静脉血栓防治中的作用。方法对33例患者采用中西药抗凝、溶栓、祛聚、改善血液循环等治疗。结果治愈29例,好转3例,显效1例,总有效率100%。结论中西医结合方法治疗产后下肢深静脉血栓形成可缩短治疗时间,提高疗效。

Objective To probe into the curative effect of lower extremity deep vein thrombus in postpartum treated by combine traditional chinese medicine and western medicine.Methods 33 patients had been treated by chinese herbal medicine and western medicine of anticoagulation, dilapsus thrombus and dispel thrombocyte gathering , as well as improving the blood ciroulation.Results 29 cases were cured, 3 cases partial response, 1 case showed obviously response. The total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion To treat the lower extremity deep vein thrombus in postpartum by combine traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine not only could shorten the time of therapy but also improve the curative effect.
