沐舒坦联用左氧氟沙星治疗肺部感染疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察沐舒坦注射液联用左氧氟沙星治疗肺部感染的疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的慢性支气管炎急性发作、肺炎、支气管哮喘并感染、支气管扩张并感染的患者131例随机分为治疗组(64例)与对照组(67例)。在综合治疗的基础上,治疗组给予沐舒坦注射液联用左氧氟沙星治疗,对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗。结果治疗组痊愈37例,显效23例,进步3例,无效1例,总有效率93.75%,治愈率57.81%;对照组痊愈25例,显效24例,进步12例,无效6例,总有效率73.13%,治愈率37.31%。结论沐舒坦注射液联用左氧氟沙星治疗肺部感染的疗效优于左氧氟沙星治疗。
