关于完善铁路机车车辆工业多种经营组织结构的探讨

Exploration of Improving Organization Structure of Diversified Business of Railway Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry

目前铁路机车车辆工业多种经营组织结构有个体型、群体型及集团公司型。分析了个体型存在的主要弊端；群体型和集团公司型的优势；群体型是必由之路，集团公司型是由群体型演化而成的多种经营联合体。提出结构多种经营时应遵守５大原则，并注意解决管理机构、领导体制和经济利益分配３个问题。

At present,there are following organization structure types of diversified business of railway locomotive and rolling stock industry:individual,collective and group companies.The paper analyzed the major disadvantages of the individual type and the advantages of the collective and group companies.The collective type is the onlyway,and group companies are integrated complex of diversifed business which evolves from the collective type.The paper put forward five principles to be observed in diversified business,as well as three issues of solving management organization,leader system and economic benefit distribution.
