急性颅脑创伤开颅手术的配合与护理

Operative cooperation and nursing of craniotomy operation with acute craniocerebral injury

目的探讨急性颅脑创伤患者施行开颅手术的手术配合与护理。方法回顾性分析124例急性颅脑创伤患者的临床资料,总结开颅手术的配合与护理。结果所有患者均予开颅、血肿清除手术治疗,在手术室护士的配合下,术中没有患者死亡,患者出院时按GOS评价,恢复良好68例,残疾34例,死亡22例。结论手术室护士及时、有效的配合,有助于提高急性颅脑创伤患者的抢救成功率。

Objective To explore the operative cooperation of the acute crahiocerebral injury patients who should be performed craniotomy.Methods The clinical data of 124 acute cranlocerebral injury patients were analysed retrospectively and the date of operative cooperation were summarized.Results All patients were received craniotomy for clearing away the intracranial hematoma.No patients died during the operation with cooperation of the nurse in operation room. GOS （ Glasgow outcome scale ） was conducted to evaluate surgical outcome when al patients were discharged from hospital.68 cases recovered, 34 disabled, and other 22 died.Conclusion The timely and effective cooperation of nurse in operation room is helpful to raise the achievement ratio of salvage to patients with acut craniocerebral trauma.
