摘要
近年来,铁路客货运量下降。为提高企业效益,车站对分配制度进行了改革。全站职工将工资、奖金实行全额捆绑,按安全、任务、路风、效益、管理、两纪一化、职工素质和环境卫生等指标,按清算单价对职工进行考核,体现高效高酬、低效低酬。考核中逐级负责,确保考核到位。通过这一改革,车站效益提高,安全好转,充分调动了全站职工的积极性。
In recent years,the passenger and freight transportation volume of railway has decreased.In order to raise enterprize benefit,railway stations reformed the distribution system.Workers' wages and bonus are tied together.Workers are checked according to the unit price and clearing acoount from the aspects of safety,task,conduct,benefit,management quality,environment and hygiene.High efficiency is rewarded with high payment,and vice versa.Throuth this reform measure,the stations raised their economic benefit,improved safety operation and brought into play the initiative of all the staff and workers.
