摘要 京秦线长277km,提速工程要求在88天内完成,使旅客列车的旅速提高30%,工期紧,任务重,场地小,干扰多。为此,分局成立了指挥部,然后选定了十大改造项目;倒排工期,科学组织施工;并实行设计、施工、运营和干部、职工、技术人员两个三结合。完工后经10亿个数据检测,各项技术指标均达到标准。 The Jing Qin Line has a length of 277km.It was requested that the project of raising its speed be completed within 88 days and the passenger train speed be raised by 30 percent.Because of the short project period,heavy task,small site and much interference,the railway sub administration first set up the command post,and then selected ten major reconstruction projects,arranged their time limits by counting the time backwards and organized the construction scientifically.When the project was compeleted,analysis of one billion data showed that technical mdex reached standard.
