摘要
生态补偿机制是对生态环境的恶化的必然反应,以问题为主线通过对生态补偿法理的分析,探讨了我国生态补偿机制构建的必要性和可行性的战略思路以及在具体的补偿方式方法中应当着力的方面。
Ecological compensation mechanism is the inevitable response to the deterioration of the ecological environment . This issue discusses the necessity and feasibility of ecological compensation mechanism through ecological compensation legal analysis on China＇s ecological compensation mechanism and discussion of focuses on specific ways and means of compensation.
