摘要
在推进素质教育的今天,学生抗挫折能力的强弱,已日益引起现代教育者的重视。据国内有关研究表明,目前我国许多大中学生都存在不同程度的心理障碍,主要表现为焦虑、抑郁、执拗、自卑、恐惧、妒忌等几个方面,本文从学生的心理健康出发,分析了挫折产生的原因以及提高挫折承受力及相关因素,并结合体育教学与训练的特殊性,提出培养学生抗挫折能力的方法。
In the promotion of quality education today, students setbacks in strength has increasingly attracted the modern educators. According to the national study,it shows that many of our seeondary school students have different degrees of psycho- logical barriers, behaving such as anxiety, depression, fright, inferiority complex, fear, jealousy, and so on. From the mental health of students, the causes of frustration and enhancement of setbacks resistance endurance and related factors are analyzed. Combing particularity of sports teaching and training, the approach to fostering students to resist setbacks are raised.
