摘要
目的探讨员工工作流畅状态与性别、年龄及价值观之间的关系,为人力资源管理提供依据。方法通过对125名员工的问卷调查分析。结果清晰的目标与年龄呈正相关(r=0.177*),男性与女性员工在享受的体验这一维度差别接近显著水平(t=1.88,P=0.06);工作流畅状态与帮助他人、成就感与高兴的(快乐的)三种价值观正相关(相关系数分别为r=0.180*,r=0.180*,r=0.182*)。结论女性员工更容易从工作中获得享受的体验;帮助他人、成就感与高兴的(快乐的)三种价值观对工作流畅状态有正向影响作用。
Objective To research the relationship among employees' work flow state, sex, age and values. Methods By way of questionnaire to 125 Employees. Results It shows clear goals were related with ages(r= 0. 177^* ), chere were near significant differences between male and female employee in autotelic experience(t= 1.88, P= 0.06), the work flow state were related with such values help others, sense of achlvement and happiness(r=0. 180^* , r=0. 180^* , r=0. 182^*). Conclusion The females were easy to get autotelic experience than males; Help others, sense of achivement and happiness had positive impact on the work flow state.
