综合医院实习医师的心理健康状况调查

The Investigation of Psychological Healthy Condition of Intern in Comprehensive Hosipal.

目的调查综合医院实习医师的心理健康状况,为更好地指导临床实习提供理论依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)与自行设计的一般情况调查量表,对在综合医院实习的西医与中医实习医师分别进行调查。结果与常模相比,实习医师的SCL-90总分与各因子分均存在异常,以躯体化、抑郁、敌对、偏执和总分较为突出。性别与家庭经济状况对其心理有明显影响。不同院校其总分与各因子分不存在明显差异。结论实习医师存在明显的心理问题,应给予及时的心理健康教育与适当的干预措施。

Objective To investigete the psychological healthy condition of intern and to offer theory for the clinical prctice. Methods The intern from medical and Chinese medical university were tested by SCL-90 and a general condition questionaire designed by ourselves. Results Compared with the common control, the total score and factor scores were significantly different. The factor scores of somatization, depression, hostility, and paranoia were significantly increased. Both sex and economic scene can make a difference on the psychology. The total score and factor scores were not found significantly different between both universities. Conclusion There wre psychological problems in the intern of both universities, which we should pay more attention, as well as timely health education and right interference.
