抑郁症MMPI测试结果分析

The Analysis of Test Results of Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory of Depression.

目的分析抑郁症患者的MMPI测试结果特点。方法32名抑郁症患者与37名健康人进行MMPI心理测试比较。结果除Mf、Ma、R3因子外,其余因子存在明显差异(P<0.05),抑郁组临床量表排前四位的因子为D、Hy、Pt,Pa,附加量表排前四位的因子为Dy、Es、MAS、Cn(χ2=122.83,P<0.01),两点编码以M23/32为主,男性与女性Mf(27.89±2.87,33.00±3.92)、Ma(20.59±6.87,15.00±5.61)、Es(33.56±6.70,29.36±4.78)3个因子均存在显著差异(t=12.87,4.66,4.44;P<0.01,0.05,0.05)结论抑郁症患者MMPI量表分有其特有的分布,有利于非专科医生用于临床诊断筛查。

Objective To analyze of test results of Minnesota Muhiphasic Personality Inventory（MMPI） of Depression. Methods MMPI was used to assess 32 patients with depression and 37 healthy people. Results It was not different with depression and health person in Mr, Ma, R. （P〉0.05）, others were Significant difference（P〈0. 05）. Rank of clinical table was D, Hy, Pt, Pa. Rank of affixation table was Dy, Es, MAS, Cn（χ^2=122.83, P〈0.01）, M23/32 was primary in tow point code. It was Significant difference in gender about Mf （27.89±2.87, 33. 00±3.92）, Ma（20. 59±6. 87, 15.00±5.61）, Es（33. 56±6. 70, 29.36/=4. 78）, （t=12.87, 4.66,4.44;P〈0.01,0.05,0.05）. Conclusion It had characteristic that MMPI was in depression. It was Profit to diagnoses in clinic.
