摘要
目的矫正大学生恋爱的急性应激反应表现出来的情绪失控、哭喊、寻死等症状。方法采用心理认知疗法对某高职大一女生N进行干预。结果急性应激反应是对刺激评价源认知不足,从而导致不良的情绪反应。结论有效的行为刺激评价源认知治疗应激反应,调节个人的社会行为和心理活动,使情绪反应恢复正常。
Objective To correct college students negative emotion, crying, suicidal etc. symptoms for love acute stress reaction. Methods A Vocational freshman N was intervented with Cognitive Therapy. Results Showed that: acute response to stimulation cognitive evaluation of the source inadequate, resulting in negative emotional responses. Conclusion Effective evaluation of the source of cognitive therapy to stimulate the stress response, regulating the social behavior and mental activities to resurhe normal emotional responses.
