甘肃省高等教育本科专业结构与甘肃省优势产业、特色产业相关性较差;与甘肃省新兴产业有关的专业有的规模偏小,有的专业建设水平较低;部分专业出现了教育过度现象;品牌专业、特色专业数量较少。甘肃省高等教育本科专业结构调整应根据积极拓展、稳步发展、严格控制、分类调整的方针来进行。
