Cultural Strategy of Building a Socialist Harmonious Society

从文化的角度构建社会主义和谐社会,主要有两个层面的内容:一是特殊具体的文化层面,即精神文化系统的和谐问题,就是要解决好文化思想内容与价值取向上的"一元"与"多元"的关系问题,即"文化和谐"问题;二是从文化对社会发展的保障作用来讲,就是要打造一套全新的社会主义"和谐文化",并用它来促进和保障完整全面的社会和谐发展。

There are two kinds of content in the construction of the socialist harmonious society from the angle of culture. Firstly, from the cultural level, we should solve the relationship problem of the single-culture and the multiple-culture in the ideological contents and the value orientation. Secondly, considering the importance of culture to the socitey development, we should construct a new socialist harmonious culture, promoting and safeguarding the development of social harmony.
