摘要
从美国次级债市场运行机理出发,结合我国个人房地产信贷的现状,从而发现中国内地个人房贷市场的不确定因素。因此,提出规范个人住房贷款业务,严禁"零首付"个人住房贷款;防范假按揭,套取银行贷款;加强对住房公积金信贷等政策性房地产金融的管理;通过金融创新来完善房地产金融产品市场;加快经济适用房等保障性供应量,确保供需多样化等方面警醒国内个人房贷市场的风险。
There are some uncertatin factors in the personal loan market in China. Therefore, we should regulate the individual housing loan business, prohibit the zero down payment of the personal housing loans, prevent the false mortgage from obtaining the bank loans, and strengthen the management of the allumulation fund credit.
