摘要
培育和提升企业核心竞争力对国民经济具有重要的促进作用,要把该工作搞好,应解决中小企业在培育和提升企业核心竞争力上所存在的创新力度不够、管理决策效力不高、人才储备不足等问题,应从企业的人才、组织管理、技术以及文化等方面来培育和提升我国中小企业的核心竞争力。
This paper elaborated the necessity of cultivation and promotion of the core competitiveness, which took effect from the importance of the medium and small enterprise of our country in national economy. It also showed how to cultivate and promot the core competitiveness of the medium and small enterprise of our country through four aspeets.
