摘要
当前,目标管理已经被部分高校引入到管理活动之中,但由于企业与高校的组织性质不同、工作场景不同,最终产品不同,目标管理在企业与高校中的场景就具有了差异对比性。实行目标管理,对企业与高校具有激励效应、自主效应、职责效应和整体效应等积极效应,但同时也容易产生短期效应、本位效应、偏差效应、僵化效应等消极效应。高校在采用目标管理时,要注意校情的特殊性、要重视思想政治工作、要规范目标体系和重视组织文化建设。
