The Chinese society is a human sentiment society. In Chinese association, people always pay attention to the human sentiment while ignore the truth. People always carry on the contact according to the human sentiment to handle kinds of matters, hope that own will be above the law through the human sentiment relations. This article analyzed the legal view origins from view of psychology, history and law.
