摘要
犯罪嫌疑人的权利保障已引起广泛关注。从一线办案的侦查人员角度,分析公安机关办理刑事案件过程中容易侵害犯罪嫌疑人权利的几个环节,并对侦查阶段如何保障犯罪嫌疑人权利提出几点看法。
It attracts more and more attention about the suspects＇ human rights protection. The paper analyzes some steps in which the suspects＇ rights are easy to be infringed and offers some suggestions about how to protect the suspects＇ human rights in the criminal investigation stage.
