The character of the foreign police affairs course decides that it should line with the international practice. The students should know the domestic and overseas foreign police affairs systems, international law, international relations and administrative law concerning foreign affairs. It is an ideal model to use bilingual teaching method. The paper discusses the necessity of the combination of the bilingual teaching method and the foreign police affairs course and some relative safeguard measures for the implementation of the bilingual teaching model.
