摘要
过渡金属催化的苯硼酸与卤代苯之间的Suzuki和与羧酸衍生物之间的Suzuki—Type偶联反应是构建C—C键的两种重要反应.绿色化学是当前化学领域研究的热点和前沿,其中用水替代传统的有机溶剂是绿色化学的重要研究内容之一.为了增加水相中有机底物的溶解度,促进反应的进行,近年来水-表面活性剂体系中进行的Suzuki和Suzuki- Type反应被广泛关注并取得了一定进展,本文就此进行了综述.
The coupling reactions of Suzuki between the transitional metal-catalyzed phenylo boric acid and benzene halide and the Suzuki-Type between phenylo boric acid and carboxylic acid derivatives are two kinds of important reactions in constructing C-C bond. Green chemistry is a hot issue of modem chemistry area. And the use of water instead of traditional organic solvents is one of the important researches in green chemistry. In order to increase the solubility of sediments of organic pollutants and promote the reaction, water - the Suzuki and the Suzuki-Type response experimented in the surfactant system has been widely concerned, and some progress has been made in recent years.
