干旱和盐胁迫对小麦过氧化物同工酶的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法,对干旱和盐胁迫下的小麦根、叶进行过氧化物同工酶分析.结果表明:小麦根和叶过氧化物同工酶谱有较大差异.在干旱和盐胁迫下,根部过氧化物同工酶活性升高,但没有酶带的变化;叶片中过氧化物同工酶活性降低,且盐胁迫后叶片中少了一条酶带. The isoperoxidases of roost and leaves in wheat on drought salt stress is analyzed by means ofpolyacrylamide gel slab electrophoresis. The results shows that the isoperoxidases of roots and leaves were different. What's more, the activity of isoperoxidases in roots increases on drought stress and salt stress, but the number of bands don't change. The activity of isoperoxidases in leaves decreases and one band of isoperoxidases in leaves after salt stress regions disappears.
