摘要
分析了北京市大型公园的游客安全管理措施,公园节日期应急措施现状。在研究应急救援组织模型和无延迟信息传输机制的基础上,基于对奥运期间高温气候条件和客流量增大的预测,提出"公园游客医疗救护帮助系统"的系统框架。探讨实现医疗应急信息快速传输的公园安全管理信息传输模式,以满足公园类公共场所突发医疗应急请求的快速响应的需求,进一步完善公园医疗应急系统建设。
The existing safety management system and special secure policies at festivals at parks in Beijing were analyzed. Based on special cases such as high air temperature and tense tourist population density during Beijing Olympic Games, the purpose of this paper was to investigate management system of the rapid response to acute disease rescue in public sites such as park with the aid of Organization Model of Emergency Rescue based on ZLE （Zero Latency Enter- prise） and ZLR （Zero Latency Response） Technology. It was concluded that the existing acute disease response system in parks need to be improved further to realize running ordinarily depending on new technology.
