摘要
针对吉林热电厂10号(200MW)机组在启停机过程中,通过临界转速时1,2,3号轴承振动超标,当机组转速达到额定3000r/min时3,4号轴承振动偏大等问题,查找、分析振动原因,并采取相应处理措施。
In the start and stop process of no. 10 200 MW unit in Jilin Thermoelectric Plant, when the unit is tracking the critical speed,bearing no.1, no.2 and no.3 has the problem of over-standard vibration. When the speed of the unit is up to rated 3 000 r/min, bearing no.3 and no.4 vibrate excessively. Aiming to the problems referred above, the article researches and analyzes the causes of vibration,and takes relevant treating measures further.
