PDCA循环在ICU护生带教管理中应用的探讨

摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环在ICU护生临床护理教学中的应用。方法将PDCA循环引入ICU带教管理工作中,保证教学质量控制的有效性和适宜性。结果提高了带教老师的教学积极性和临床带教的满意度,搞高了护生整体护理能力。结论在ICU护生教学管理中应用PDCA循环,能明显提高护生的整体素质,保证ICU临床教学的质量。 Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle in ICU nursing and teaching for students. Method PDCA cycle was in- troduced in the management of teaching in ICU to ensure the effectiveness of teaching quality control and suitability. Results PDCA cycle improved teachers for teaching posifivity and clinical teaching satisfaction, and so did the students for overall nursing capacity. Conclusion The ICU nurse teaching management in the application of PDCA cycle, can significantly improve the overall quality of nursing students, and ensure the quality of clinical teaching ICU.
