摘要
目的比较NP-HPLC与RP-HPLC两种测定制马钱子中士的宁含量的方法。方法按照2000版和2005版《中国药典》,采用NP-HPLC与RP-HPLC两种方法。结果加样回收率考察中NP-HPLC法平均回收率为97.16%,RSD=0.71%(n=6);RP-HPLC法平均回收率为98.13%,RSD=0.45%(n=6)。结论此二种方法都准确可靠,RP-HPLC法更为合适。
Objective To compare two methods to determine the strychnine in Nux vomica b. Methods The determination used two methods of NP-HPLC and RP-HPLC according to Ch P. of 2000 and 2005. Results The average recovery rate of NP-HPLC was 97.16%, RSD=0. 71% （n= 6）, and the average recovery rate of RP-HPLC was 98.13%, RSD=0.45% （n= 6） . Conclusion These two methods were accurate and reliable, but the RP-HPLC method was more appropriate.
