氧化损伤对煤工尘肺筛检价值探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)等氧化损伤生化指标在筛检煤工尘肺中的价值,为早期发现可疑患者和煤工尘肺的防治提供可能的线索。方法分别采用硝酸还原酶法、硫代巴比妥酸显色法、亚硝酸盐形成法、改良Hafenan氏法、尿酸酶-过氧化物酶偶联法、对苯二胺盐酸盐法及化学比色法测定112例煤工尘肺患者和144例健康接尘对照血浆氧化损伤指标NO、MDA、CuZu-SOD、GSH-Px、UA、CP、iNOS及T-AOC的含量和活力。结果病例组与对照组氧化损伤8项指标分别进行比较,发现两组CP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线下面积比较,MDA、T-AOC、NO和iNOS的曲线下面积大于基准线的面积,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论煤工尘肺患者体内氧自由基反应异常,血浆氧化损伤指标T-AOC、iNOS、MDA及NO可以作为煤工尘肺的筛检指标和早期辅助诊断指标,其中以T-AOC和iNOS最佳。 Objective To study the significance of oxidative injury in screening of coal worker's pneumoconiosis (CWP). Methods With the chemical methods, the contents of NO, MDA and other various peroxidation indices in plasma were detected in 112 patients with coal worker's pneumoconiosis and 114 healthy coal workers. Results The results shown that there were statistical significances between two groups (P 〈 0. 05 ) in the contents or activities of MDA, CuZu-SOD, GSH-Px, T-AOC, UA, NO and iNOS except CP. Condusions There are some abnormal oxygen free radical generation and unbalanced oxidation/antioxidation state in the patients with coal worker's pneumoconiosis, and the indices of peroxidation such as T-AOC, MDA, iNOS and NO might be the early screening indices of CWP.
