高硼饮水对大鼠舌黏膜显微结构的影响

Effect of Higher Dose Boron Supplemented in Drinking on Microstructure of Lingual Mucous Membrane in Rats

摘要 48只28±2d清洁级SD大鼠,随机分为对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,每组16只,雌雄各半,分别饮用添加0、160和320 mg/L硼的蒸馏水2个月。试验结束时,大鼠10%水合氯醛腹腔麻醉,立即解剖取舌体,制作石蜡切片,HE染色,O lympus显微摄影系统观察并摄影。结果显示,试验Ⅰ组舌黏膜丝状乳头低矮且数量减少;菌状乳头较低矮,味蕾结构正常。试验Ⅱ组舌黏膜的损伤较为明显,丝状乳头数量明显减少,多数顶部钝圆,少数顶部溶解消失;菌状乳头低矮、狭小,味蕾体积变小、结构模糊,味蕾细胞排列稀疏,结构模糊。结果表明,高硼饮水对大鼠舌黏膜的组织结构与功能有一定的不良影响甚至明显的损伤作用。 A total of 48 Sprague - Dawley rats (28± 2 day - old) with no bacteria infecting were randomly divided into three groups (n = 16; 8 male rats and 8 female rats). Treated rats drunk the distilled water which supplemented with 0, 160 and 320 mg/L boron, respectively, for two months. At the end of the experiment, the rats were made into narcosis with 10% Chloral Hydrate, and the tongues were obtained after dissection. Then the samples were made into paraffin sections, observed and photographed under Olympus CH -30 microphotograph system. Results: Compared with control group, the filiform and fungiform papilla in lingual mucous membrane in rats of experiment group Ⅰ became shorter, and the number of filiform papilla decreased, but the structure of fungiform papilla were normal. In experiment group Ⅱ , the damage of lingual mucous membrane in rats were obvious, and the following pathological changes could be observed : the number of filiform papilla decreased, obviously, and more of them became muticous, some filiform papilla tops dissolved or disappeared ; the fungiform papilla became lower and constrictive, the taste bud in the atrophied, the cells in taste bud were parce and the structure of them became undefined. The results showed that the higher dose boron supplemented in drinking would have some harmful effects, or even cause obvious damage to the structure and function of lingual mucous membrane in rats.
