用酶联免疫法检测猪肉中莱克多巴胺含量 被引量:4

摘要 用酶联免疫法对某区域内的猪肉进行莱克多巴胺含量检测,结果表明:在低添加水平为0.0125mg/kg、0.0250mg/kg、0.0500mg/kg、0.1000mg/kg、1.0000mg/kg时,均能将莱克多巴胺检出,该法具有灵敏度高、简单、快捷的优点。
