The Rural Finance and Its Policy Selection in the New Rural Construction

新农村建设离不开农村金融的强力支撑,但由于体制性缺陷的原因,致使农村金融供求严重失衡。因此,必须从体制和制度创新入手,优化农村金融发展环境,加快建立农村金融体系,增强农村金融为新农村建设的服务功能。

The new rural reconstruction cannot get away from the strong support of rural finance. But as a result of the systemic defects, there exists serious unbalance between supply and demand in rural finance. Therefore, we must start with system and the institutional innovations, optimize the rural finance development environment in order to establish and consummate the whole system step by step, thus strengthens service function of rural finance for the new rural construction.
