在国家财力十分有限的条件下,社会主义新农村建设还必须立足于农村本身,走农村自我发展、集体自我积累、农民自我投入的"内生型"发展道路。发展集体经济不失为一个重要的选择,但也存在着进一步完善的必然性。

Under the circumstances that the national financial is very limited, the new socialist countryside constructon must mainly depend on themselves. That＇s to say, the ＂development inside＂ pattern featureing self-developing, self-accumulating and self-investing is supposed to be practiced in the countryside. It is a very important trial to develop collective economy,but at the same time,there＇s some problem waiting to be improved.
