摘要
高新区是孵化、催生、培育高新技术产业的重要载体。建设高新区已成为世界各国发展高新技术的一种普遍做法。在知识经济和全球化加速发展的背景下,知识和创新成为经济发展的内源动力。各国的高新区作为智力资源的密集区,不仅是区域创新的基础,更是国家创新体系形成的关键所在。通过对高新区创新模式特征的分析,结合太原高新区新产业园区规划的实例,试图摸索出园区规划在高新区创新环境创造中的作用。
High-tech zone is the important vector of hatching, midwifery, cultivating high-tech industry. It is cornmon for all over the world to develop high technology by building high-tech zone. With the background of rapid development knowledge economy and globalization, knowledge and innovation become the inner power of economic development. As concentrated regions of intellectual resources, high-tech zone of different countries is not only the basis of regional innovation, but also the key of forming the national innovation system. The article tries to discover the role of planning for high-tech zone in forming the innovation environment by analyzing the characteristics of the innovation mode of high-tech zone and combining the planning for the new industrial district of Taiyuan high-tech zone.
