慢性粒细胞白血病患者血清bFGF及MMP-2变化的临床意义

Clinical significance of the change of serum bFGF and MMP-2 levels in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia

目的研究慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)患者血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)水平及二者的相关性。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法检测39例CML患者的血清bFGF及MMP-2,并追踪观察9例初诊慢性期患者治疗半年后的bFGF及MMP-2变化。结果CML患者血清bFGF及MMP-2水平均明显高于正常对照组(P均<0.01),加速期、急变期均明显高于慢性期(P均<0.05)。bFGF、MMP-2水平与患者外周血WBC计数、血清乳酸脱氢酶水平及脾大程度有关,bFGF与MMP-2呈正相关(r=0.792,P<0.01)。结论CML患者bFGF、MMP-2升高与CML分期、疾病进展和患者的预后有关。

Objective To study the serum levels of basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） and matrix metalloproteinase-2（MMP-2） in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia （CML） ,and the relationship between bFGF and MMP-2. Methods Contents of serum bFGF and MMP-2 in 39 patients with CML were determined by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ ELISA）, and 9 patients in chronic phase were followed 6 months after treatment. Results Contents of serum bFGF and MMP-2 in CML patients were significantly increased compared with normal control（P 〈 0.01 ）. Serum levels of bFGF and MMP-2 of patients in accelerated phase were significantly higher than that of patients in chronic phase （P 〈 0.05）. The serum levels of bFGF and MMP-2 were closely correlated with the peripheral leukocytes,contents of serum LDH and the size of splenomegaly. Positive correlation between serum levels of bFGF and MMP-2 was also observed（r = 0. 792,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The levels of bFGF and MMP-2 are related to the stages , progress and prognosis in CML.
