摘要
发电机在出厂试验时,如何在取得所需试验数据的同时,能够有效地减少能量的损失一直是制造厂不断探索的课题。主要介绍一种发电机试验台的设计方案,采用了变频调速技术,利用变频电动机恒功率或恒转矩输出的特性,解决了以往发电机试验台操作复杂、设备投资大等问题。试验证明:中小型发电机出厂试验的节电可达70%,该方案已经用于生产,取得了良好的效果。
It is a publically-concerned topic how to reduce energy-loss when conducting the release testing in purpose to get test data required. A new type of tester, which adopted the frequency-convertor speed-regulation technology to change the complicated operation of precious tester and eliminate the heavy investment of testing device because of the advantages of constant power or constant torque output of the frequency control motors, was introduced in the paper. This project has been applied into production and achieved great success. Experiment proved the energy-saving reach to 70%.
