摘要
介绍了一峰三驻点曲线方程的特性和加工由该曲线形成的曲面所用的线框电极的形状尺寸以及用计算机模拟加工该曲面型腔的结果;比较了采用一次进给精加工成形和多次进给粗、半精、精加工成形的方式加工一峰三驻点式曲面型腔的效果,并对曲面型腔的加工速度进行了简单分析。
Characteristics of curve line of one peak & three arrests is introduced brifly. The dimension and shape of frame electrode used and simulation of trepanned cavity are present, Cavities of curve surface of one peak & three arrests machined by one stroke feed finished machining and multi-strokes feed machining are compared. The machining speed in such case is analyzed.
