摘要
分析了冲模在机加工、电火花加工和热处理等加工工艺过程中出现模块变形、应力集中和裂纹等现象,提出了解决模具变形、防止裂纹产生的具体有效措施,对提高模具加工质量、延长模具寿命具有一定的现实意义。
The phenomenon of punching die parts deformation, stress concentration and crack are analyzed in machining, electromachining and heat treatment process. Effective measures are put for-ward to solve parts deformation and crack. The machining quality and life of punching die can be improved.
